We would encourage you to ask for our references; in fact ask for references from ANYONE you may buy from, including some a few years old (everyone is happy at first). Do Online searches for us and for our competitors and make a well informed decision.
We have been in this market longer than most other dealers, and there are reasons why we have survived. We gladly spend time with people as they go through their decision-making about a tractor purchase. If a seller won't spend time with you before they have your money, how will they respond to you afterwards?
